Expansion Node Stack

Overview

The Expansion Node Stack is a component of the Builder Vault designed to improve and scale the core stack's security and performance capabilities. It allows for the seamless addition of nodes, enhancing system threshold security and ensuring efficient service scalability.

Prerequisites

Before initiating the deployment of an Expansion Node Stack, the following prerequisites must be met:

• Builder Vault Core Deployment: The core stack must already be deployed. Document the CloudFormation stack name associated with the Builder Vault Core, as it will be a required parameter for deploying the additional node stack.
• KMS Stack Output: Obtain the KMS Stack output from deploying a new KMS Stack designated for this expansion node.
• Node Index: Establish a unique node index for this expansion stack that aligns with the index of the corresponding KMS Stack.
