How can I get started?

You can get started immediately with a free API key by creating an account on the Blockdaemon app. Log into Blockdaemon app to access our range of API products and purchase the plan that best suits your needs.

Which tier is right for me?

What if I exceed my plan limit?

The paid plans allow you the ability to auto-scale. If you exceed your plan limit, you can continue accessing the API on your current plan if you have auto-scaling turned on at a pre-defined unit rate per tier.

Can I upgrade or downgrade / switch plans at any time?

Yes. If you are on a Starter or Growth plan, you can upgrade your subscription by adding a product or more compute units by editing your current plan.

When do I get billed?

You will get billed on the 1st of every month. Your subscription will auto-renew until you cancel it. If you signed up for a subscription or upgraded your subscription mid-month, you will be billed a pro-rated charge at Checkout for the new configuration for the remaining days in the current billing cycle.

Where can I see my invoices?

To see your past invoices, please go to the Subscription page from the Side Navigation Panel, and scroll down to the Billing History section.
