How can I get started?

You can get started immediately with a free API key by creating an account on the Blockdaemon app. Log into Blockdaemon app to access our range of API products and purchase the plan that best suits your needs.

Which tier is right for me?

What if I exceed my plan limit?

The paid plans allow you the ability to auto-scale i.e. if you exceed your plan limit, you can continue accessing the API on your current plan if you have auto-scaling turned on at a pre-defined unit rate per tier.

Can I upgrade or downgrade/switch plans at any time?

Yes. If you are on a Starter or Growth plan, you can upgrade your subscription by adding a product or more Compute Units by editing your current plan.

When do I get billed?

You will get billed on the 1st of every month. Your subscription will auto-renew until you cancel it.

Where can I see my invoices?

To see your past invoices, please go to the Subscription page from the Side Navigation Panel, and scroll down to the Billing History section. You can download the Receipt of each bill from here.

How do I update my payment details?

To update your payment details, please go to the Subscription page from the Side Navigation Panel, and scroll down to the Payment Method section.

Where can I see my usage history?

To see your usage history, please go to the API Keys page from the Side Navigation Panel, and click on the Usage tab on the top navigation bar.
