How can I get started?
You can get started immediately with a free API key by creating an account on the Blockdaemon app. Log into Blockdaemon app to access our range of API products and purchase the plan that best suits your needs.

What if I exceed my plan limit?
The paid plans allow you the ability to auto-scale i.e. if you exceed your plan limit, you can continue accessing the API on your current plan if you have auto-scaling turned on at a pre-defined unit rate per tier.

When do I get billed?
You will get billed on the 1st of every month. Your subscription will auto-renew until you cancel it. If you signed up for a subscription or upgraded your subscription mid-month, you will be billed a pro-rated charge at Checkout for the new configuration for the remaining days in the current billing cycle.

Where can I see my invoices?
To see your past invoices, please go to the Subscription page from the Side Navigation Panel, and scroll down to the Billing History section. You can also download the Receipt of each bill from here.

How do I update my payment details?
To update your payment details, please go to the Subscription page from the Side Navigation Panel, and scroll down to the Payment Method section. You can update your payment methods via Stripe’s Checkout widget.

Where can I see my usage history?
To see your usage history, please go to the API Keys page from the Side Navigation Panel, and click on the Usage tab on the top navigation bar. You will see your aggregated Compute Unit usage in the current billing cycle and your daily usage and request details.
